Freedom at The Mat presents Freedom Fête in New Orleans with a one-day women’s wellness event on Saturday, June 15, 2024 to celebrate Juneteenth. Freedom Fête will feature a variety of self-care sessions honoring our personal freedom, led by leading African American women wellness practitioners. Join us for yoga, healing movement, conversation, a musical performance and community with the below ladies of wellness for Freedom Fête. Freedom Fête features six dynamic spiritually grounded women (listed below) with good vibrations, along with black women owned-wellness shops.
